Process Flow

The detailed process of booking any tour/s is explained in simple steps. Guests are suggested to create an account before starting the booking process on our website. If the process started without logging in to account, sign in / register form will open before the checkout page.

1. Log in / Register

Log in to your existing account or sign up for a new account from the homepage on our website

2. Choose your Tour

Find a tour you wish to go from various categories available on our website or from Upcoming Trips or even you can search it in the search bar.

3. Fill up the Inquiry form

If the tour you wish to attend is not scheduled, you can fill up the inquiry form and let us know that you are interested to go on the specific tour. Maybe we will organize the tour for you and your friends or for everyone.

4. Add a tour to Wish List

If you wish to attend the tour not on the scheduled date, but some another day, you can easily add it to your wish list. Just find the heart button on a tour page and click on it, the tour will be added to your wish list in a second. You can access your wish list from your dashboard and book your ticket anytime.

5. Choose your batch

If the tour you wish to attend is scheduled, you can choose your batch from available dates. The remaining seats of every batch will be mentioned in the bracket next to each batch. Select the desired quantity (no. of people) and click on the ‘Book Now’ button below it. You will be redirected to the checkout page.

6. Proceed to checkout

On the checkout page, you will get a form to add your booking details. On the checkout page, you will get an option to add coupon code. Once the coupon code is applied, the discount will be applied to the final payable amount. GST as per rules and regulations given by the Government of India will be applied to the final payable amount automatically on the checkout page.

7. Choose the payment method

On a checkout page, after adding all details you can choose a payment method to the final payable amount. Choose a payment method, accept terms & conditions, and click on the Submit button below. The window for payment will open for those chose payment method other than Bank Transfer.

8. Booking Success

After successful payment, the booking success page will open, and booking details will be mailed to you on your registered email address. You can check a booking history anytime logging in to your user dashboard.

9. Verify email

If your email address is not verified from the dashboard yet, you will get a mail with a link to verify the email address. If your email address is verified, you will get a mail with all details automatically.
